The Woman ....

I know that as Christians, we’re called to love our neighbors as ourselves—but that doesn’t mean you have to let narcissists drain your energy or keep you from all that God has in store for you.

I’ve been where you are—questioning when the pain will end, wondering how to change the direction of your life, seeking your purpose, and longing for the right people in your circle. I’ve experienced relationships that have left deep scars. I fought my way out of childhood trauma and into what seemed like a perfect marriage, only to find myself lonelier than ever.

But through it all, I held tight to God’s word, and it became my anchor as I healed. That healing journey led me to become a Trauma-Informed Life Coach, write four books, create journals, and develop tools that now help others heal and rebuild after the devastation of narcissistic abuse.

I’m living proof that with God, all things are possible. Now, I’m here to help you find freedom from toxic relationships, draw closer to God, and step into the purpose He has planned for you.

Let’s walk this journey together.

A question I often get asked is, “What does Pink Girl Teaches mean, and how did it come to be?” The truth is, I can’t take full credit for the name. On February 2, 2011, in the middle of personal chaos and confusion, I felt an undeniable pull. I put aside everything I was doing, grabbed a notebook and pen, and began to write. For hours, I poured out what I now know was divinely inspired. When I finally stopped, I was overcome by an overwhelming sense of peace, as if I had unburdened my soul onto those pages.

As I read over what I had written, a mix of emotions hit me—fear, inspiration, and awe. Despite the storm I was in—grappling with low self-esteem, self-worth issues, and the deep wounds of abandonment and rejection—the words on those pages painted the picture of a woman who was powerful, confident, and unwavering in her purpose. She knew who she was, and more importantly, she knew to whom she belonged. That was the blueprint for Pink Girl Teaches— a ministry designed not just to heal, but to rebuild lives from the rubble of narcissistic abuse.

Standout words on those pages, "PINK GIRL TEACHES INC." At first, it seemed cute, but soon, I realized it was much more than that.

PINK: Beyond being my favorite color, pink symbolizes something far deeper. It represents compassion, calmness, and emotional healing—everything my 4-year-old self longed for during those dark times. Pink is warmth, hope, and optimism—the very essence of the healing I pour into myself and into the souls entrusted to my mission.

GIRL: That 4-year-old girl in me felt broken, alone, and burdened by guilt and shame, mourning the loss of her innocence. I wanted to go back to the day before my foundation crumbled. But God showed me I wasn’t alone. There are millions of little girls out there, just like me, and God has called me to be a bridge to help them heal and transform into the women they were always meant to be.

TEACHES: My healing was a process, one marked by divine intervention. After reading Matthew 13:24-30 and Luke 8:43-48, I experienced a spiritual breakthrough—the chains of a psychological prison broke, and I was set free. From that day forward, God taught me, walked with me, and prepared me to teach others. Therapy played a role in my journey, but the Holy Spirit was my guide. That night in 2011, God gave me the blueprint for my ministry—a ministry that has become Pink Girl Teaches.

Pink Girl Teaches is more than a platform—it’s a Holy Spirit-breathed ministry where we Build Bridges to REBUILD Lives. It’s a space for survivors of narcissistic abuse and childhood sexual assault to find healing, restoration, and purpose.

This vision didn’t come to life overnight—it took time. As I stand here today, I am filled with gratitude for how God orchestrated every moment, every lesson, every trial to bring this ministry into fruition. I am living in the fulfillment of prayers once whispered in desperation, walking in shoes that once seemed intimidating. Yet, I know that what has been revealed is just the beginning—there’s so much more to come.

None of this would be possible without God. I remember crying out to Him, desperate for healing, and I made a vow: If He healed me, I would go back and help as many people as I could. And that vow still stands—"Send me, and I will go. Wherever You lead, I will follow. Whatever You tell me to say, I will say."

If there’s one legacy I want to leave behind, it’s this: that I was a soul-winner for the Kingdom of God. I’m honored to be in this position—to heal, to guide, and to help deliver others from the bondage of narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma.
